1. Identity and scope
MicroDrive – Informática e Sistemas, Lda., Portuguese company registration and tax number 504891103, registered at Rua Marcos de Assunção, No. 4, Shop O, 2805-290 Almada, Portugal. These terms govern use of microdrive.pt and do not replace specific written conditions for proposals, contracts, support or other services.
2. Use of the website
The website presents MicroDrive, its services and contact channels. You must not use it unlawfully, abusively, in a way that harms security or interferes with operation.
3. Content and availability
We aim to keep information clear and current, but content is general and does not constitute a contractual offer or a guarantee for a specific case. We may correct, update, suspend or remove content and features.
4. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, proprietary text, structure and graphic elements belong to MicroDrive or are used with permission. They may not be commercially reproduced or modified without written permission except as allowed by law. Manufacturer brands and logos belong to their respective owners.
5. Forms and external links
Information submitted must be truthful, relevant and lawfully communicated. Sending a request does not automatically create a contract or guarantee acceptance or availability. External websites and services are controlled by their respective providers, not MicroDrive.
6. Liability, law and contact
